St. Mang German Limburger cheese is a traditional, soft washed-rind cheese from Germany, made by the St. Mang dairy in the Allgäu region of Bavaria. This 4-pack offering of soft and creamy smooth cow's milk cheese is famous for its characteristic pale yellow body with a darker orange rind and, of course, it's strong, pungent smell. Despite it's aroma, this cheese has a rich and balanced flavor that can vary from suprisingly mild to strong and spicy depending on how long it has aged.
