The reel is made from heavy gauge carbon steel and will come painted in a durable graphite colored gray automotive paint. The reel comes with a pre-installed 1/2" FNPT swivel joint inlet with a 1/2" FNPT outlet riser on the reel.
- DIMENSIONS AND CAPACITIES: The 1020-14-16 Hannay hose reel can hold 100 feet of 1/2 inch ID hose, 175 feet of 3/8 inch ID hose or 250 feet of 1/4 inch ID hose. The dimensions are Length = 14 inches, Width = 24.75 inches, Height = 14.88 inches.
- APPLICATIONS: Hannay Reels 1000 Series compact manual rewind hose reels have a 1/2 inch fluid path and can handle 1/4" through 1/2" ID hose. They are ideal for Pressure Washing, Washdown, Spray Operations and Air. With a lightweight compact, footprint and easy installation due to the exterior mounting holes, the 1000 series hose reel can fit anywhere.

It has a permanently attached direct crank rewind. This Hannay hose reel is built with heavy gauge steel construction for maximum durability and the fluid path is contoured to match the curve of the reel so hose will wrap smoothly around the drum. All Hannay Reels come with a 3-year factory warranty.
- SERVICEABILITY: Hannay compact manual hand crank rewind reels have externally mounted 90-degree steel swivel joints that are quickly accessible for lubrication and seal replacement.
