  • PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This ham knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. The Riviera series knives are characterized by the rounded French-style ferrule and for its bolster, which provides safety as well as style.
  • SAFETY AND DESIGN: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
  • DIMENSIONS: This Slicing knife measures 418 mm in length and weighs 265 grams. The size blade: 300 mm | 12” Inch making it a great tool for all your kitchen cutting needs.
